Oh dear! Just a few ruin it for everyone! GOTH is now a fashion trend. So now there are experts. Elder goths have been around 40 years and yet they are never consulted. This is because we know it is a lifestyle not a clothing style. And we keep our opinions to ourselves. So to gatekeepers I just say 🤣😆😂

Ive had some negative comments about this saying my music is not Goth and called a Poser lol I'm at the point that I don't even want to use the word Goth anymore because its Outdated. All i can say is the Gatekeepers might be Bots in chat and leave comments on Youtube. Its pretty sad that all we want to do is have a community without attacks of this. They don't even know the background of anyone they just assume what they look at and hear.

I am over 50, and was an Elitist Douche in the scene when i was young, at least to some extent, but this gatekeeping is getting ridiculous. Life is f-d up enough for youth in current era without nonsensical gobshyte.

This must be done totally agree 100%! I got some weird looks from some group of around 50 people and some even crushed my work flyers and threw them looking at me in disgust... seeing me in my red uniform selling tickets for cruises and tours! It was Malta Goth events season I wore some accessories from cyber goth to victorian etc this group was staying at a hotel nearby my job area....If I put my music some stayed close some others laughed....I blew up when I saw them closing my selling area mob style...crowding on my selling and also Red bus stage!!....so no one came and heard me sell...I told them I am an Elder goth ...you have nothing better than anyone...so you never worked you always looked and wear like this... I have more followers on my facebook page Phat Goth Girl and Proud of it and Gothic Stories than most of you I am sure....suddenly one of Them almost cried!!They quickly took off...It was almost daily...this look chuckle...I was only doing my job being nice to people all people

Hey guys I've decided to work on a video on Gatekeepers. It's starting to become a very big thing and it's gone up another level and I think it's time it's brought up, and discussed in a video because it's starting to get out of hand. it's 100 percent bullying especially now that there's people who aren't even a part of the goth community who are telling people they aren't goth because an A.I told them what it really was. As well as discussing Gate keep supporters, people who are from the community who support the gate keeping and encourage it and what I've heard and seen is just pure sickening.
