I am not vegan but I love your channel. I have adopted many of what I call your “vegan secrets” for levelling up food. Especially salads, of which my family eat a lot. Your component cooking video changed my life. I cook every meal at home and pack lunches everyday. This used to take me 1-3 hours a day including clean up time. Now I spend 2 hours 1 day a week and about 20-40 minutes every other day. Bought your book! Can’t wait to steal more vegan secrets. Thank you 🙏

Vegetarian for 50 years. I’ve been watching you for a quite a while and love your channel and recipes. I actually get cravings for the tofu curry, lol. Your videos have introduced us to some excellent new ingredients like Chinese black vinegar (could drink that stuff) and black mustard seeds that are staples in the pantry now 😊 not only are you a talented chef and teacher, you’re entertaining and real. When my daughter asked what I wanted for Christmas I told her about your cookbook. I’m happily reading it like the latest novel. I’ll be watching for quite a few more years. Happy New Year

What a year it's been! We started off 2024 by launching our meal plan subscription, then my cookbook in September. It's been a roller coaster but a very rewarding roller coaster!
