My brother-in-law Jordan can't sit still (right @elamandwillowsmom?). Neither can I. When I met Jordan almost 20 years ago, I was so glad to not be the only one 😂 Though Jordan's not a gardener, I find it to be the perfect hobby for someone like me. There's always work to do, always something to putz with. Unintentionally, our hands can fall into destructive habits like too much scrolling. Instead, there needs other be positive tasks at the ready: gardening, knitting, reading, ironing, etc. These tasks help quiet the mind of someone like me whose mind doesn't really ever stop. EVER. So this is me, lamenting that I can't garden right now, because my gardens are my therapist 😂
