While trying some things, the only way I've found to access older ratings is to download their awful SaferCar app, look for the vehicle, and then clicking the link to view more information on nhtsa.gov/ within the mobile browser.

and of course NHTSA is adding the oblique (moderate offset) crash test to their list form either 2027 or 2028 onwards about damn time though

The NHTSA NCAP ratings page has been updated, but anything older than 2018 is no longer available. They also no longer have the separate star rating for the pole impact, only the "Combined Side Impact Rating". Not sure who greenlit this idea, but people are still buying older cars.
