HIIT 3 - Low-Volume High-Intensity Interval Training

This follows the 1 minute on and 1 minute rest format, with 10 exercises in total. Adjust your version of the exercises if you cannot jump or bounce.

Try and exercise around RPE 14-17 (I get to RPE 16 on the last exercise!) This means you will be hot, sweaty, and breathless, and you will feel your muscles working. Make sure your rest has as little movement in it; just walking around and having a drink is enough.

I use weights for some of the exercises. Keep them light, as you do not want your movements to be slowed down by them.
