Lunch with Lisa

Hey guys!

I wanted to share a quick update:

I’m working on my next video to post this week & it’s just in time for summer, but I also wanted to share with you my current goal: eating 2100-2200 calories a day to build muscle and get ready for a hiking trip to Colorado. Hoping to share some highlights from that trip in a few weeks!

I’m loading up on protein and lots of whole foods focusing on fruits and veggies as my main carb source. Trying to get lots of fiber, too.
