Tell me about yourself. Where are you from? What are you looking to get from exercise at this stage in life?

I got quite overweight during covid lockdowns, and am also now fighting long covid. I'm looking for exercises that will help me regain my strength and energy without causing burnout. My blood pressure is too high at the moment so I'm trying to stick to strength exercises and very gentle cardio. During my first attempt at recovery, I was so exhausted that even walking up the stairs would make me ache and feel out of breath. Thankfully, I can now do short walks and do a plank for about 30 seconds. Slowly getting there. I like the hanging from a bar exercises that you showed - they're great for strength and don't make me out of breath. Thank you.

Hi, thank you for asking. I am from the Netherlands. I used to have a good body, but I quit doing sports 3 years ago. Since then I got weaker and developed injuries. So a month ago I picked up training again.Age 63 Passive hanging, The Bulldog, squats, mini trampoline, and cycling. Together with stretching/ flexing, I already notice big difference.I sleep better, clearer mind, feeling lighter overall. I saw your video about one leg stance, thank you for your time to make this Keep up the good work Have a good life šŸŒˆšŸŒž

Hello Kai! I am originally from DC. At this stage in my life (mid 40s) I'm looking to feel better and not just look cute in an outfit. I got healthy in my early 30s. I suffered an injury that was not exercise related. I took a "break", which is not advisable. I lost a loved one, and I started grief eating. Let's not forget that I was aging through all of this. I've added almost all of my weight back on from over a decade ago. I have some shoulder and knee issues. I want to work on stretching and flexibility while adding some resistance back in.

Massachusetts. I am looking to strengthen my body so that I am more resistant to work place injuries (as an ultrasound tech in a hospital). Working to feel physically/mentally stronger and to build a more athletic body.

I want to be strong enough to get up if i fall, walk upstairs with minimum fatigue. Keep my balance and be strong enough to carry shopping and my camera bag. I also want to do functional activity without feeling too whacked out.
