I wish I had seen your video on QVR HAIR prior to spending 400 on hair. They are selling bad quality so called human hair. The hair too to long to arrive then I washed it once and a BIRDS-NEST is what I ended up with. Terrible customer service offered me 30 dollars for compensation which I declined. LESSON LEARNED
