I just love that series! It's probably my favorite Anime series of all time (and that covers a lot of ground.) It's got so many great elements: Action, adventure, comedy, drama, science-fiction, romance & even some tragedy. Excellent show! (And yes, yes, even with the 'island arc' episodes; we'll skip over those.) I remember when I'd first caught a few episodes of 'Nadia' at a Convention back in the early '90s, shortly after it premiered on Japanese television & became instantly hooked! Even though they only showed a few episodes (and without subtitles) I was an instant fan. And when the subtitled version was released a few years later on VHS I bought the whole series & binge-watched it over a Memorial Day weekend. I've since acquired DVD & Blu Ray versions of it & binge-watched it on special occasions & it's become something of an annual Labor Day tradition for me! 😊

The first time I saw Nadia, she reminded me of Shantae, especialy the adventures. It was at our beach house.
