@justinwachter4401

Dude was a freak. There’s a video online where the big show says mark was pissed off because mark tried to break a quarter in half with his hands but could only bend it

I'm sorry, but he wasn't natural lol

@JohnBullard

I met him in a gym thirty years ago when, at about twenty years of age was considered the strongest man in the world. I met him again recently. He's still working out religiously. No longer the strongest man in the world or the scariest guy in the ring, but he might be the nicest. Great guy.

He's more then a contender. I don't believe he ever failed a drug test and I can't really picture someone else with his athleticism and power

@DarkwingDann

He is. He just doesn't get the credit he deserves because he was a pro wrestler instead of a pro football player

I have no trouble believing he was natural. Some people really are just genetic outliers. Mark Henry totaled 2000lbs as a high school powerlifter. Finished 10th at the Olympics as a relative novice to weightlifting. Became the first man to clean and press the Thomas inch dumbbell in his first year of strongman competition. Maintained his ability to dunk at 400lbs. Was the first man to have both a raw deadlift and squat over 900lbs, and for what it’s worth, did so in tested federations. His well roundedness and the fact he was so strong at such a young age supports the idea that he was natural in my mind. He’s just a force producing freak. It’s obviously possible he was on gear, but I’m comfortable believing he was natural.

@IbrahimAl-Khwarizmi

yes, one of the best powerlifters ever and stopped when he was 24 to go and be top 10 in the olympics in weightlifting 🏋🏿, then went to win Arnold Classic with only 4 months of training
