It’s very unfortunate that the murder charge was dismissed. His name is Camilo Ayala. In June 2024, he was charged with a brutal sexual assault against a woman, in which he started to laugh after the confrontation. (I couldn’t find any records to show that he was convicted of those charges). TWO MONTHS LATER, he kills Kenia Guardado Molina — she was only 27 years old, with her entire life ahead of her. In 2020, his ex-girlfriend accused him of assault and told detectives that he put a gun to her head, so he obviously has a pattern of using a firearm and inflicting violence against women. Court documents show that that he punched her in the head at least 10 times, kicked her in the stomach, and threatened to kill her and her young daughter. As a result of him attacking his ex-girlfriend, he was charged with assault of a family member and criminal mischief, but court records show the charges were later dismissed. (How he continues to have charges dismissed, is mind boggling to me). The reason why prosecutors had a difficult time convicting him to Kenia’s murder (in my opinion), is because there was video surveillance of another person coming from her apartment and attempting to steal her car. Police have yet to identify that person, so I think prosecutors had difficulty providing that he was the person who murdered her without question. There’s no doubt in my mind that he will continue to assault women.

And now we have a cold case. But it’s unfair the dismissed man is being publicized. He would’ve been framed

We need the death penalty for people committing murder. Every time. There should be a few exceptions. If it was done, intentionally then you need to go.
