The best thing you can do is get a cardiologist.I had a stroke one year ago today. I was on 3 pills now 14 pills. And 3 of those expensive. But worth, it slows my heart down tremendously. Now my Blood Pressure Is the best It's been in years.

Get a smart watch and track all your health metrics, sleep, heart rate, etc, get a blood pressure machine, and check it 3 times a day at the same time each day. Eliminate salt from your diet. Cardio exercises and deep breathing exercises. Go plant based

Good news: I'm no longer dying. I've been having fatal levels of blood pressure for the past 6 months. I could call the ambulance at any time, and watch them freak out at how high it was. After quadrupling my medication, a week later, it's 114/78 (normal is 120/80) mine was routinely 200/180. I should have been done passed.
