@bluebirdsigma

In South America, all the cheaper end of fountain pen ranges comes from China, and most use what you call the "Olika/Hero" cartridge, which I'd rather call the "Chinese Standard" cart or the "3.4mm bore". It's so common between all the Chinese and Korean brands, cheaper pens and even off-brand or store brand ones we get, that we even have stores selling loose carts in several colors, and we even have off-brand ones. Yet on the internet I have never seen people refer to it, most of the time they mistake it for a proprietary standard or confuse it for international and didn't pay much attention to it because the Jinhao pen they got came with a converter. And I've managed to put both Lamy and Parker carts into Olika pens, they get in a tiny bit looser, but not enough to cause a leak - they're my daily drivers. The reverse is eh, so far my Olika, Aihao and Jinhao carts fit my Parker Vector, but the butt end didn't fit into the barrel.

I wanted to add a correction/clarification to your list of pens/cartridge compatibility. The post lists Sheaffer pens as using standard international cartridges. MOST Sheaffer pens use proprietary Sheaffer cartridges with the exception of the VFM which does use standard. However, most Sheaffer pens use proprietary cartridges.
