I stopped fasting as much. Now I’m realizing the trick is random bouts of fasting (somewhat frequently) coupled with higher quality food intake on the days I don’t fast. Example: fast 20 hours Monday and eat a small dinner (maybe 1,200 cals total), and the next day feast on high quality, nutrient dense food (maybe 3000 calories for me). My recovery is through the roof and mental game on point. Fasting is making a COMEBACK!
