It was an episode of Lucy Light The Way where they are in a forest. The only silhouettes/clues I remember were an owl and a big tree that took over the entire screen. I don't remember what the third silhouette was at all. I swear this was a real episode when I was a kid. I tried finding this episode on the Sprout website with Wayback Machine, but it just didn't want to load, likely cause of how old the site was.
