I get this a lot too, I think it's just a hallmark of any decent animator ❤️ a way of saying that someone thought your content was so good that it was worth going out of their way to steal it. More often than not the content thiefs are nothing more than kids-young teens who just want to share your stuff or are so impressed with what you made that they want to delude themselves in a reality where they get to pretend to have actually made it and receive the attention and unearned praise. In their mind they likely don't even realise what they're doing is harmful to us. I gotta say though, it really does sting when the stolen re-uploaded content manages to get 4x the views the original gets 🥲 always the way unfortunatel
