I found you guys by chance. I clicked on your video for "A Silent Voice," my favorite movie, having absolutely no idea how much that choice would change my life. I have never had the courage to go to a therapist, but you guys, no matter the video, say what I need to hear. You remind me that I am not alone, give me little bits of courage, and laughter with every episode. I look forward to watching y'all every week. Thank you, Jonathan, Alan, and crew. I appreciate y'all so much🥰 Congratulations on your five year anniversary and new intro song. It sounds amazing!

The ironic thing is the popcorn is a good symbol for Alan’s hair and the straw is a good representation of jono’s hair. WE LOVE OUR CINEMA DADS!!!! 🥰🥰

Happy anniversary guys! Honestly what I always loved about this channel (other than Jono's great advice) is how you two bounce off of each other and the whole "Two BFFs talking about movies they like (or love to hate, like Twilight 🤣)" vibes. The video to introduce me was your Megamind reaction video, but what had me stick was just how fun your covering of the Twilight saga was. I hope this channel stays for many years! Also, since I figured you guys are covering shows that aren't movies (like Avatar), I was wondering if you would make a video on Invincible. Its a great series, and with the strength of the character writing, I can see some ideas. I've got a few on my mind- Psychology of a Hero: Invincible Villain Therapy: Omniman Couple therapy: Mark X Amber You can do two Family therapy episodes on both Mark's family and Eve's parents too

Incredible work! I learn so much from you, laughing and crying along the way. Thank you for everything!

Congratulations. I think people have forgotten that movies, especially kids movies, can have important messages and bring out powerful emotions in people of all ages, they're not just something to entertain kids with about silly dinosaurs or pretty Disney princess or whatever

Cinema Therapy
Cinema Therapy Turns 5 + A Shiny New Intro! 🥳
It’s hard to believe, but Cinema Therapy turns 5 years old today. Our little baby is off to YouTube Kindergarten! We began by talking about radical acceptance and our beloved Frodo. Since then, the channel has gone places we never dreamed of: conventions and meetups, dream guests, and launching a movie studio with our viewers just to name a few.
And we’ve had such an amazing time making this show, talking about movies, and sharing feelings with you all, that we wanted to give you a little peek behind the scenes of our new, original score, composed and conducted by Caleb Blood, a name that we’re confident will be VERY famous in another few years. Seriously, his music is unbelievable!
Jonathan wasn’t able to join us for the recording session, but he was very involved in the composition phase, and he responded (almost) as emotionally as Alan did to the music once it was recorded by the wonderful musicians we got to work with. We hope you enjoy seeing (and hearing) this music as much as we enjoyed the process of making it. Here’s to five more years of Movie Feelings! (Close runner up for the title of our show. Not really. We’re much cleverer than that.)
