I want an aisle for night flights, flights that I've done many times or flights of over 2-3 hours -- my knee hurts if I can't move my legs easily. Windows are great for daytime flights under 2-3 hours, especially if it's a new route for me.

Generally I prefer the window for obvious reasons but cough the older I get the more I’m starting to appreciate the aisle for longer sectors. And actually, a few weeks ago I had a really late night arrival and my wife was home sick so I was keen to get home, so even on that one hour flight I wished I’d had the aisle.

Window seats are awesome because of the view but the aisle is convinient because of how easy it is to get up to go to the bathroom and other things

I'd say it depends. I mainly like window seats on short flights, such as maybe 2-4 hours. But if it's a longer flight, I would prefer the aisle, since it isn't too hard to just go to the bathroom when you need to. By the way, I hate the middle seats, so I would never choose them

For the life of me, I'll never understand people who book window seats and refuse to use the window, even at takeoff and landing.

I usually use window for the short haul, but for the medium or long haul, I book the aisle seat. It is easy to move.

Window seats are awsome you can have an insane view depending on the place you are going to

When flying to a country that is very close to my heart like my ancestral homelands 🇵🇱🇦🇹, I prefer a window seat so I can take in the countryside as the plane is descending and possibly enjoy a view of the city skyline, landmarks, rivers e.

If traveling in economy then aisle is the best option as you don't have to ask the person sitting beside you to move if you have to make a visit to the washroom. For all other classes window is the best option

I have only ever flown short haul, so window seats are better for me, though Generally I'd honestly prefer to take the train given it's more scenic, my ears don't pop and best of all they arrive in the city. London to Naples - def plane Anything regional or to France/Belgium - def train.

Depends on what kind of plane, anything smaller than 737/A220 I prefer aisle so I can stretch my leg.

In economy I prefer the aisle for the simple fact that I am free to leave the seat whenever I can without interrupting anyone. The same applies to 2-3-2 business cabins. If flying 2-2-2 business class, I always choose the seats in the middle of the plane, since they have direct aisle access. If flying 1-2-1 business class I choose the window because of the extra privacy of not having anyone next to me, as well as the window views of course

Window, just as long as it’s not an exit row. Any other exit row seat is great though.

I have never travelled in an aircraft 😆. Only in trains. And in trains, I prefer window seat

Middle at 0% at the time of my vote. I prefer window no matter whether it's long or short haul.

As a taller person, I usually go aisle for leg space, but if I nab row with greater room it will be window, like the row ‘behind’ the second emergency exit on a BA 321 for short haul which doesn’t have a seat immediately in front

I choose seats with bigger legroon because I'm a tall person. I used frequently the emergency exit rows of the Boeing 737.

It depends on the flight for me and if the views the seat that I hate the most is the middle I like the window on long haul or on scenery flights and I like the aisle on like short connections.
