Yes I’m a Texan and I have foreign friends & associates. A lot of ppl outside US do say dear a lot. The ppl using Dear are usually Southern or outside US. 🤣

Chasing Crispy Crunch ASMR
I've never heard people call others "dear" as much as I have on crushing asmr video comments (except the south here in the U.S. lol). My friend told me she thinks people who don't speak English use it a lot because that's how some words are translated. Anyway... Just noticed and thought it was interesting!
