@HarlanHarvey76

Kempers father walked like John Wayne. John walked like he did because he had small feet .... Not my story, this is Ed's story. I never knew Ed was a Wayne fan beyond the fact that his father reminded him of JW

No offense but this one is funny because almost everyone of that generation was a John Wayne fan, myself included and trust me, I never murdered anyone. Hell, I try not to swat flies and I make friends with all my house spiders.

Back in the day I bet John Wayne had a ton of non-serial killer fans as well.

Ha good pictures; those are funny. It's like those old-fashioned photography establishments; next try a Southern gentleman themeπŸ˜‰. Yes, Kemper said during an interview he took a date to a John Wayne movie. Just what every young lady wants

@simpicusmaximus

There are people unironically leaving comments here saying "toxic masculinity makes sense". You can just admit you've never actually watched a John Wayne movie

There is more here than you might think. Gacy and Dahmer and others have ties to trafficking of children. Look into Dean Corll from Texas. In the late 60s and throughout the 70s into the 80s, law enforcement chalked up nearly every missing child to be a runaway. There were thousands and thousands of children in the Houston area. Not all stayed missing but way more than people think. Gacy and Dahmer had both eluded to their knowledge of these rings.

Ya. I think Kemper said that the date he went on with a girl before his murders was to see a John Wayne flick.

Gacy's dad was a john wayne fan. He wanted him to be a "man's man" like him and instead he got a son that liked to bake with his mom. So I am not sure if that is factual. It was his dad's favorite actor, not gacy.
