At first I’d like to apology to you that this channel had been suspended due to ongoing fraud copyright claims submitted from a third party who does not own the correct right to submit them.
I submitted counter notification with enough proof that the copyright claims from the third party are illegal and should not be tolerated, but unfortunately there is no action from YouTube to them so far.
As a counter measure against these fraud copyright claims, all videos in this channel are to be unavailable until further notice and, insteadly, some videos are available on Niconico, a video platform managed by a Japanese company where there is much better copyright team available. いつもご視聴いただき、ありがとうございます。また、この数日間、チャンネルが停止された状態となっていたことで、ご不便とご迷惑をおかけしました。
現在、このチャンネルのみではなく、音鉄に関わるチャンネルに対し、無差別的に「悪意を持って虚偽の著作権通報を行い、動画を削除する」行為を行っているユーザーがいます。その影響で、このチャンネルについても、チャンネルとすべての動画が削除された状態となっておりました。
詳細な情報については、近日中に動画等で触れる予定です。チャンネルが再度停止されることを考慮して、Twitterをチェックお願いいたします。
YouTubeに対し、著作権通報が不適切であることの異議申し立てを行った結果、私が管理するチャンネルについては復活しましたが、該当のユーザーは、Twitter上において「今後も虚偽の通報を行う」ことを示唆する発言を行っています。この対策として当面の間、チャンネル内のすべての動画を非公開とし、Niconico動画で動画を公開しております。お手数をおかけしますが、Niconico動画にてご視聴いただきますよう、お願いいたします。
Niconico動画では当面の間、毎日18時に過去作を１本公開しているほか、土曜日18時には新作も順次投稿しております！
