I think people don't know bella too much. Mei can be reasonable when she's in love with kiana, but bells will do anything and all for her queen.

Come on man, its definitely Bella. Though it was only shown in the Honkai webcomics that's probably why alot of people are not familiar with her dedication to her queen. Oh and in the Elf Academy animated series.

I think bella towards sirin. Remember when she tried to kill T and selune because they were close to sirin? Plus all the characters here except kiana and sirin doesn't seem to be the type to play games often, maybe kallen and sakura but they are joked to be too old to know technology often, their disliked object in the dorms are the computer lol. Although, some events have shown that they are good at playing games though, kallen being able to compete with hua and while sakura did lose to hua, hua said she played very well. And mei is more mature than kiana and doesn't know much about games from what we saw in events.

So I picked Mei. And there's the reason why. Yae and Kallen don't fit the logic of whaling for gacha in general. Rita probably would, but she would rather serve Dudu than spend time whaling for her. That leaves Mei and Bella, and I readily admit both would fit. However, where Bella is presumably either clueless about money or frugal as a maid depending on the version, Mei's someone whose background as a rich girl will make her likely to whale. So, I picked Mei

I feel like Mei would def. get kiana full gear + ELF, but she'd exercise restraint and not bother with the triple S, at least for the S-rank minimum kianas. This one goes to Bella imo. If the manga wasn't enough, just watch ELF academy and you'll see..
