The internet, inherently, is a public space for all ages. It is no different from going outside in public. There are specific places for kids, both online and irl, just as there are specific places for adults / adult content, both online and in real life. "The internet is being catered to kids!!!" have you ever considered not every 30 year old wants to open instagram and instantly see your ocs GENITALS.!!!!! Like has that never occurred to you.
