Josh, I'm so grateful that you share your innermost thoughts with us, your followers. It takes a great deal of courage to be so openly honest about yourself and your life as an autistic. Kudos to you. I also want to point out, in case you're not already aware, that you're very fortunate to have a mate by your side as you take this journey. I can't help but wonder how many people there are out there who don't have the financial means and or the emotional support of a significant other for such a daunting journey. I'm glad you have both. Keep up the great work and thanks again for sharing your experience , strength and hope. Mark

Please please please do a caffeine elimination test. All the inner critical voices may disappear, like they did with me. Allen Carr has an audiobook and there are thousands of testimonials on Reddit.

Hi everyone,
Emily and I will be participating in the Out of Darkness community walk in Bellingham, WA this weekend. We do a walk with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention every year in honor of Emily’s brother, Zach.
I’m hoping to raise a small amount of money for the foundation to assist AFSP with their mission to provide suicide prevention resources, education, and support
