After scratching 10 layers- shorting removed Now device is POWERED ON Remaining work was to make some Jumper at different layers to make other sections work
After all jumper done - No display because of missing voltage PP3V3_SOSW_LCD_R

Finally we replaced U8501 ( LCD 3V3 IC)
