Thoughts attached to beliefs cause most of the trouble in the outer world (beginning in your inner world)

Try this for ten minutes - Your name, age, religious background, job title, nationality, skin color, martial status (or lack thereof), your bank account balance….

Take all of that off you. Set it down for 10 minutes. You carry nothing of old for ten minutes.

Does THIS YOU have problems? Or does the you laying on the floor have problems?

I’m sure you’ll run right back to the old you laying on the floor before the 10 minute mark. Don’t worry your problems haven’t vanished. Your comfort will soon return. The comfortable chaos will consume you once again.

Try this exercise every day and you’ll soon discover the YOU that’s burdened (or unburdened) isn’t even you. It never was you.

This is the start of FREEDOM.
