What to expect? 31 days filled with loving ourselves STRONG through self care activities including workouts, meditations, restorative yoga & journaling.
Our daily self care activity / video will be anywhere from 5-20 mins long (workouts are 10 min, but including the warmup and cool down they will be 20).
I created this challenge so you can get out of the all in cycle most people enter in January, and instead replace it with making small but maintainable long term changes in your lifestyle! My goal is to show you how you can integrate wellness practices into your every day life long term, even if it is only for 5-20 mins!
