From last Several Month I am receiving courier RTO in our 90% orders. We was complained regarding this issue customer care (support mail) as well as personally email to related reportative. Even meesho is not taking any action for these items. We received any return order with customer return they are retuned wrong or fake items. I send the product in proper packing with Proper label. Meesho is not doing anything for this concern. Orders do not come on Meesho without running ads and spending money. For the recovery of ads money, they send orders accordingly, when we shipped new order after that all the orders are returned again by courier return (RTO).
