Mark Wildman

*Heavy club training isn’t just about getting stronger — it’s about moving better.*

Most lifters build muscle at the cost of mobility.
👉 Clubs do the opposite: they restore the natural range of motion your shoulders, spine, and hips were designed for.

Every circle you swing is *strength training + joint health in one.*
If you sit all day or feel locked up from traditional lifting…
⚡ this practice brings durability back into your body.

@bananajoe275

Have you ever tried rope flow? Not as good strength wise but even better mobility wise.

@DroppingBearVictim

Mr Wildman, can you please advise which of your programs I should begin following? I am 30 years old and 6ft tall and 108-112lbs (I’m recovering from anorexia), I am concerned about building muscle (for the metabolic benefits such as glucose disposal) but also mobility as I am getting stiffer over the last 1-2 years (especially in hips). I feel like I have such a long way to go to build myself up from the ditch I have dug myself into. I appreciate any advice!
