Now, enjoy this photo of me from middle school graduation from 2016-17... That year, the 8th graders had to go to the high school due to a partial roof collapse at the middle school. We got a special 1st dose of the 4 main specialty classes: dance, music, art, and my favorite, broadcasting... Note the last one, I was lucky enough to talk to class of 2017 member Johnathan Taylor (yes, THAT ONE) as part of an assignment for was then Mr. Mellon's class as the room covered his crazy transition from Salem, New Jersey to Madison, Wisconsin... He told me that he was not afraid of being on national TV, nor that he was afraid of the Big Ten's powerhouse, that is, Ohio State.
Meanwhile, on graduation day for middle schoolers, my younger brother wore a shirt with these 50s woody station wagons on it that I had many years back....
