Do you like Serana?

I love the Serana Dialogue add on because it makes her seem more like an actual person, and she actually interacts with the world, which is awesome. The only thing I don't like is how Serana gets angry when you wield Autiel's Bow, which sucks, because it's got the fastest draw time.

@unslaadkrosis3489

it feels wrong to mod her to romance you. bending her to your will. given her backstory…

shes a really cool character and i think not being able to marry her makes her even more interesting and like an actual person rather than a npc, but her voice lines get tiring very quickly for me :/ like ok Serana i get it you hate the rain lol

@pm21-k

I like her but I don't mod her to be my wife I like her character as it is

@speks36

Absolutely. She's basically the Dragonborn's best friend. A demigod and vampire princess working together to rid Skyrim of an ancient evil is actually kind of metal.

@Argentis

She's eventual best friend material, not wife material

As a friend it’s sad because Serana and the Dragonborn do have feelings for each other some of that dialogue is very suggestive. But with the trauma of what happened to her it feels wrong to force her into a relationship. It’s also much more powerful if they have feelings towards each other but can’t be together. It’s tragic but makes sense those weird corn mods take away from her character. But she’s undoubtedly the best follower in any elder scrolls game if not any game.

Disclaimer cause I’ve had people lose it over this take: I understand from a meta perspective she’s a very sympathetic character but from a roleplaying perspective I don’t like that you’re forced to accept her when the first things you know about her are that she’s a vampire and she uses necromancy…

Knowing what the process of becoming a vampire was like for her, it feels wrong to force her into a relationship. I headcannon my dragonborn and her being non romantic life partners, while the dragonborn marries someone from a faction they joined (companions, mages, etc.) and all three adventure long after the story is over

Yes, I love that they give the Dragonborn a best friend. Getting to marry her would ruin her character and I'm not afraid to say it.

From a storytelling perspective, I do enjoy Serana and her character. From an RP perspective, despise her, I cannot stand these bloodsuckers, they attacked my caravan, killed my grandma, and worst of all they have ZERO drip.

Not really. I just don't do followers unless they're dremora. Good ol' disposable dremora. 😁
