The bills with Bea were so high in the end that I had to sell a car to clear the bill. The cost of vet care is ridiculous. Everything is part of some equity firm now. Profit before anything. After, the first thing I did was start buying veterinary books, took a vet tech course and started studying medications. Even scarier than the bills was not being able to do anything except watch her suffer and run to the vet.

Shhhhhhhhh!!! 🤫 You'll jinx it. 😂 Vet bills are ridiculous, the markup for medicine is 300% in some places, always ask for a prescription, and buy it online! Obviously, this is the UK, so I'm not sure if the same applies elsewher

Our cat suddenly got super sick about 4 months ago. Like, death's door almost. Turns out, he had a terrible case of hookworm. He had to be in the hospital for 2 days receiving fluids and medicine.
