Stilts: not just for painting ceilings! (Also for cleaning out gutters!)

I have wanted stilts to make it costume. I was thinking of, and have thought of more costumes I can wear them with. I have also just bought a house recently. How wonderful to have some practical validations for slightly pricey purchase of something I initially had frivolous intentions for.

lol! “Honey, I want to buy some stilts.” “Ok! I’ll give you my honey-do list you made for me.” Fair enough 🤣

And getting things off of high shelves, picking high up fruit from trees. And, of course, patting tall people on their heads.

@KJayPlays

Note to self: If I ever own a house, I must learn to walk on stilts.

I learned a new vocabulary word… stilts. In German: Stelzen. With loads of love from Germany! ❤️

As I looked closer at the pic I started laughing until I had stomach cramps. 🤣🤣 I can picture this as a “Wild Kingdom” video…As we now see a woman who has attached metal extensions to her legs. ‘Note in the bottom right hand corner of this video the Hairy Link makes a wise decision and turns its back and walking away.’ 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💀 Ohhhh but Link will be there to check you out as you are lying on the ground and licking your face to bring you back to consciousnes

What a WONDERFUL idea! I have worried about my 70 year old husband doing just that on our tippy ladder but you actually looked pretty stable up there; yes?
