I know many of you were looking forward to our usual Sunday premiere, and I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to get the video up today like I had planned. The truth is, my phone (which I use to film everything) ended up losing parts of the footage — and we’ve been spending hours trying to salvage what we could and piece together a proper video for you.
Moments like this are so frustrating because I put so much heart into these recipes, and I truly love showing up for you every week. But using just a cell phone to film and edit has been such a challenge — especially when it glitches, overheats, or just decides not to record at all.
This is exactly why I’ve been dreaming of being able to finally get a proper camera for the channel — one that can handle the filming process without all these headaches, so I can focus on doing what I love: sharing beautiful, delicious plant-based meals with all of you.
