Forgot tin foil! Got it then had leftovers from Christmas Eve chilli night, so saving money and Chilli round 2 for Christmas and porkchop surprise will make it's appearance on the 26th! We've discovered if we pick meals you can do the day b4 and slave less in the kitchen , we then get more actual family time. And sides are our favorite so 8f we want a traditional side we just make it lol. It's been an ongoing thing for 2 yrs now! Possibly doing it on Thanksgiving to next year! Maybe be a rebel and do lasagna on Thanksgiving and tacos on Christmas next yr

I am at my Mom's. I made candy Buckeyes for my family and I forgot them at home and I am mad at myself. My Mom loves them. She is going to be 80 in January. I can't believe I left them at home in my refrigerator

We are having pot roast and pumpkin pie. It’s just the two of us. We decided we are tired of turkey and ham, from having 3 Thanksgiving’s. I have the pot roast cooking in the instant pot and it smells amazing.

I'm making goose and I forgot to buy mugwort. My problem? In Germany the stores don't open again until December 27th, no neighbor has mugwort or they need it themselves... Well, the goose tastes different this year.
