1. King: Lunarian genes, defense greater than Kaido's, speedy with flames; overall a strong combatant. 2. Robert the Gucci man. Superhuman martial arts that gives you pseudo devil fruit abilities, best combat skill on the list, predatory fighting style + absolute willingness to kill, and carnivore zoan with an emphasis on speed. Made Zoro struggle, but not quite as much as King did, so I'm placing him one spot below as a result. Though, there is some nuance since Zoro gets the island buff. So, it's honestly debatable and interchangeable. 3. Marco the Phoenix. One of the most well-rounded devil fruits in the series; passive healing factor, high speed movement, augmented defense, and flight. Lacking in AP/DC, but the fire attacks provided by the phoenix fruit are serviceable enough. Marco is notoriously in desperate need of better combat feats; known better for his superior stalling abilities, however he's pretty good at, well, fighting, I guess. 4. Boa. Uh... She needs more feats in general tbh. I mean, we know she's strong, but how strong? Boa definitely has the most "haxy?" devil fruit on this list, but lacks the same offensive power as Lucci's or Kings. Right now all you can really do is scale her with speculation and narrative implications.
