Not a question, but I love your videos! I love that you show options for beginners and more advanced people, and I enjoy that the exercises aren’t done too fast—there’s no rush, but there’s focus. After your trainings, I really feel better mobility, and I’m so close to doing my first push-up! I’m really looking forward to more calisthenics, mobility, and strength videos.

How should I transition from bulking to cutting? My body is so used to a high carb diet, i feel like my body is starving itself it would help to have some guidance. In respect to losing fat not muscle 💪

Hi! I have lost 85 pounds in the last 5 months by completely changing my lifestyle and now I need to start adding muscle building exercises to my normal cardio (walking and swimming during pool season) to keep my weight loss rolling and metabolism up. My problem is I have pretty advanced arthritis in one knee and some arthritis in the other so most leg exercises where I squat or bend my knee far/quick hurt and make me feel unstable. Are there any muscle building leg exercises you can suggest for people with knee issues? Thanks!🙏

hi! thanks for the q&a, ive started up your beginners calisthenics series for the first time (ive been getting my life together), and my question is: is it fine to struggle with these exercises at first? recently with the past few days i haven't been able to do any of the exercises you've done (like pistol squats, the forearm pushups, and etc). thank you again!!!

Is losing body fat really just about calories in calories out? Feels like I've been hitting that deficit on 5 or 6 days of the week. Seeing muscle buildup and leanness in some areas but not others. Is it possible my body metabolism has adjusted to the deficit and lowered its BMR?

Sorry to bother u....As u said last time I have downloaded 6 days of workout plan...but I don't get pop up for cool down stretches after workout....and why does your workout plan disappear from my messages....last month the same thing happened...can you please send it again...thanks
