Not having to go back to school until the second week of January! Yay! I teach and the last few weeks have been hard. Lots of folks out sick, too. I am wearing my N95s and have HEPAs in my classroom, so trying to stay healthy! 🙏🙏🙏 Trying to get the house organized before we go back. We are getting the basement deep cleaned (after a flood) later in January, FINALLY!!! Have to move the rest of the stuff out. Having an instant pot day with two friends where we make a bunch of dishes and then have freezer meals. This time, we are making soups. I grow herbs and veggies hydroponically, so I’m growing some basil and thyme for the soups we will make. Most looking forward to the tomato basil and the French onion we are making. Gina! You’ve never tried the chicken pot pie from the deli? It’s a winter staple. So delish, great for leftovers. You can freeze it too after it’s cooked for lunches. You won’t regret it. BTW. Love your channel!
