Excellent message and a great reminder:) My step father was a poet named James Kavanaugh. He did quite well in the 70’s. 😂. One of his proms was titled Its Friday Night in the City. The opening line is the singles bars explode to welcome the weekend for which the week was made. Slow down, Monday will never come tonight:) Obviously written in the 70’s with the use of the phrase Singles Bars, and definitely talking about the mad rush to go out on the town on a Friday night, or just slow down and relax:) Love your content. Keep up the great work:

It's Friday Everyone - you did it! (before you start reading, know that none of my posts, emails or videos use AI in any capacity. We're keeping it purely human here...
This is an invitation to slow down this weekend. Breathe...inhale...exhale. I'm doing it with you as I type this 😌
No matter how kind we are to ourselves, sometimes we just want someone to give us permission and even a direct order to slow down and take it easy.
That's the strength of community and friendship.
What's the rush? To keep up with people on social media who tailor their family photos? To buy a house so we can show people we went to high school with that we made it? 😂
We're all finding a way up the mountain. In the spiritual life, we've all got that same destination. On our journey, we experience different paths, different views, different paces.
I wonder if you know what your pace is? I wonder if you know what you need? If you knew you needed to slow down, would you actually do it?
Cheers to a slow weekend where you catch your breath and get back into your body. Enjoy!
Slow.....sloooooowwwwww down and watch the beauty of life come to you without effort.
God Bless You.
