East Meets Kitchen

This video was so prettily shot. I made a traditional Japanese wheat starch glue for the lantern. The paper was made from mulberry bark, which typically is used for book restoration due to it's sheer and strong nature. The lantern is finished off with tung oil, which was what was used traditionally in paper umbrellas to keep it waterproof. So definitely check it out☺️
