Soon summer time in Chicago! That means I'm going to do different things to improve my overall thriving and health.
I do a lot of these feet/balance exercises. I go somewhere foresty, and I find some fallen trees and shit to walk on to exercise my feetsies, toesies and balance. I think walking on something like this shouldn't be any problem at all for a human. But it is, my balance sucks. My balance is pretty bad, but not the worst. It can only improve, though.
Walking on cylinder shaped objects is the best ways to help your toesies splay again, to make your feet grab the surface below, like a monkey, but as a human. You can buy a pipe or a rope. But why not use fallen shit in the forest or roots? More angles, plus grounding! My little toe ain't doing anything to assist the rest of his team... He's beat up.
I walk on it, climb on it, stand on it, to exercise my brain-muscle coordination to improve balance and mobility.
You already know the truth. You know it's all melted and fucked up. That means you know what you need to know right now. Don't wait for screen content, stop scrolling, F these screens and distraction devices. Go improve your life. And read the ingredients on the stuff you eat. Stretch your back, do mobility exercises to avoid pain when you're like 60+. That'll be like 20-30 years of pain if your don't stretch your back. It's not designed to sit down and watch videos 12 hours a day.
It's fine when you're young, but you'll get old.
Balancing on stuff in nature is fun... Act accordingly.
