With โHate Campaignโ being somewhat of an underrated album in the massive discography of Sweden's DISMEMBER, 2004's โWhere Ironcrosses Growโ showed the band in top form. From the title track to the closing 'As I Pull the Trigger' it offers 38 minutes of flawless Swedish death metal, and featured โ for the first time since the debut โ another artwork by Dan Seagrave.

In 2006, Swedish death metallers DISMEMBER delivered the stunning โThe God That Never Wasโ which continued in the vein of โWhere Ironcrosses Growโ yet proved to be even more aggressive, even more dynamic, and rightfully is considered one of the best albums in their highly consistent discography. From two minutes long face-melting tracks like the opener or 'Never Forget, Never Forgive' over to the superb chorus and epic melodies in 'Time Heals Nothing', from the instrumental 'Phantoms (Of the Oath)' to 'Autopsy', โThe God That Never Wasโ is premier league death metal.

The self-titled album by Swedish death metal legends DISMEMBER was originally released in 2008 and is the only album in the group's career to not feature mastermind, drummer and producer Fred Estby. Still, it ended the first chapter in the band's history on a high note offering a rabid performance by vocalist Matti Kรคrki, sported some punishing grooves ('Europa Burns', 'Dark Depths'), and brilliant melodic parts in songs like 'Under a Blood Red Sky' or 'Black Sun'.

For this batch of reissues, the early demos of Swedish death metal band DISMEMBER were restored and mastered anew by Patrick W. Engel who worked with new tape rips by tape-trading legend Nicola Costantini (author of โEncyclopedia Of Svensk Dรถds Metallโ) to give you the best possible versions of DISMEMBER's demos โDismemberedโ (1988), โLast Blasphemiesโ (1989), and โReborn in Blasphemyโ (1990).
