I would love to see a baby steps to fat loss with a new habit to work on every week or 2.

Fat loss for women in menopause and who’ve been put into early medical menopause due to cancer. It’s crazy hard to lose fat when you’re on hormone therapy (that shuts off your oestrogen production).

I want information on maintenance. I’ve lost 200 lbs. I know how to lose weight. I know how to gain weight. But the piece of the puzzle that no one wants to cover is how to MAINTAIN the weight once you’re there. That’s a very critical thing to learn, so someone needs to realize that it’s something that they need to remember to cover.

I've lost 35 lbs. I am having trouble with being stuck. It's hard also to eat clean. Most foods are bad for you so it's tuff to stay clean.

I myself have joined these challenges to learn of the good fats and healthy foods to pick up weight. I have been having digestive issues and have done a sixteen week slow liver cleanse and now am working on a parasitic cleanse. So in this class I am being encouraged by all who are striving for better health. Yay! Praise God! ❤❤❤

Fat loss hacks, but not the "quick fix" kind. I'd like a few fat loss hacks that can become long-term, sustainable, real life-style changes.

I would love to see guidance on how to protect a weak system after surgery of the intestine. Even years later i have inflammation and flare ups. Would love manageable ways to prevent general flare ups / pain.

All of the above, because sometimes I just want to do anything but can't do everything and another time I can do everything. I just know I need to start being more diligent especially with exercise. I get too tired quickly though and I know that isn't good !!
