Fat loss for women in menopause and who’ve been put into early medical menopause due to cancer. It’s crazy hard to lose fat when you’re on hormone therapy (that shuts off your oestrogen production).

When you have a crazy work schedule (back and forth between day and evening shifts), and family, etc, how do you eat healthy meals???

I myself have joined these challenges to learn of the good fats and healthy foods to pick up weight. I have been having digestive issues and have done a sixteen week slow liver cleanse and now am working on a parasitic cleanse. So in this class I am being encouraged by all who are striving for better health. Yay! Praise God! ❤❤❤

I want information on maintenance. I’ve lost 200 lbs. I know how to lose weight. I know how to gain weight. But the piece of the puzzle that no one wants to cover is how to MAINTAIN the weight once you’re there. That’s a very critical thing to learn, so someone needs to realize that it’s something that they need to remember to cover.

I've lost 35 lbs. I am having trouble with being stuck. It's hard also to eat clean. Most foods are bad for you so it's tuff to stay clean.

I just want the truth and science of loosing weight. You nailed it your liver and what you need to do clean it and explain to the millions of people love your liver just like you love to be clean so does your liver. I watch you about 2 weeks now and i followed your vidio of ACV with baking soda with a squeeze of lemon juice in the morning. Wow what a difference i lost 7 lbs in 3 days. So please more of that Thanks DR Living Good

A video on what an obese person should eat and exercises to do in a day, along with times Example: Upon waking: ACV, baking soda, lemon juice and water. Can add cinnamon, ginger, tumeric, cayenne/chili powder, electrolytes mix and 1-2 drops iodine. Supplements: vitamin D +K2. When desired: coffee with coconut milk or heavy cream or green tea. When hungry: 2 hamburger patties and 3 eggs fried in butter with Redmond's salt. Within 30 min of eating: half hour walk, vary from slow and medium to 1 minute bursts of fast. Later: show some strength or HIIT exercises Dinner: high fat/low carb plain yogurt plus hemp seeds. Can add in some sour cream. Snack: beef broth, beef sticks Exercise: walk to gym and do strength training. Evening: Detox tea Before bed: ACV, water, baking soda

I have used your advice to create major permanent paradigm shifts that I plan on using for the rest of my life. I am very disciplined and am 60yrs old so the changes I make are permanent.I work physical labor and I do two workouts 5 days a week if possible: One light weight, weights and calisthenics pull ups and push ups, incorporated into extreme super sets, and at night Pilates and stretching slow and deliberate focusing on form not cardio orientated. I would like to see a video that includes long term fat burning habits that people can incorporate life long vs short term. OR maybe a repost since you have so many videos you've probably addressed this already multiple times. My GP is going to hate you😂. I already baffle him with my non big pharm/healthcare industrial complex approaches. He don't like it

A good and sensible reset plan to become healthy and feel good of which weight loss is a side effect. I work a stressful and sedentary job. Time away from work is precious. This has resulted in just what you can imagine as Im middle aged. Forty pounds up, de-cycled and tired. How do I fix it without adding more stress? That is the question. Thank you dear doctor. Your channel is very inspiring!
