People will realise 50 years later that Snyder was ahead of his time. Instead of giving us generic superhero movies he gave us the epic grey shade of superman and Dc universe. The reason I like Snyder's Superman so much is because of his grey personality. He is a kind man, a sweet son, a loving partner, but at the same time he also struggles to keep up with humanity as an outsider. He can't be hopeful all the time just like us human beings. He also gets angry. He also cries. He also makes mistakes. Still he stands up every time to do the right thing. People misunderstood him in both movies and in real life. No matter how much hate he gets he will always be my Superman. No one can make me hate him. People were extremely defensive about Gunn's Superman movie when it was getting hate even before releasing. They were the same people who criticized snyder's vision without even knowing what it was in the first place. Superman didn't became "evil" in future. It was the Anti Life Equation. But who cares. People just want to watch overly barbie like colored movie which throws couple of jokes at them each minute with goofy storylines. These people are the same people who make fun of Henry's superman court room "AuRa FaRmInG" scene and support David's superman when he was chilling with his girlfriend while there was clearly an emergency out in the city.

I think he was really cool, had some great badass moments, but he wasn't the best batman, thats for sure. I'm not a fan of a batman abandoning his no kill rule for some random goons like Ben Affleck did in the movie.
