So imagine a guy who’s an anime fan who wears a Dragon Ball Z T-shirt then a police officer pulls them over saying, sir you’re under arrest. The person replies why you are arresting me officers I haven’t done anything wrong. Your officer replies you’re under arrest for wearing something illegal.
