All I can say is triangulate an area then start looking for jamming devices. Maybe new equipment put up or out or see if crews in the area have installed anything new with the cell towers or phone polls. I don’t know for sure but it sounds as if they are trying to jam your signal or anyone signal for that matter. Maybe have David or someone else you know try to go live in the same area as you and see what happens then you’ll know if they are jamming just you or everyone. From there if it is just you, maybe try changing your IP I don’t know whether a VPN would work or if you would have to get a whole new IP address. just my thoughts anyway, I’m not saying I know very much but this is what it sounds like. I say this because I love your content. I never comment. I just watch and ever since I found your channel. I can’t stop watching !!!! so thank you!!!
