For me it’s a hard decision either one of the furniture or shop builds are personally my favorite ones

In my opinion it's enjoyable watching people work on what makes them happy while taking us along for the ride. PS, thanks for introducing me to the Perkins crew, I honestly cannot get enough of their videos!

I’d love to see unique “one off” projects, that don’t neatly fit into any YouTube category. Of course those projects could technically could fall under any of these categories, but you get the idea! Choosing a video style beforehand sort of locks in the concept - I’d love to see something totally unique!

Furniture and shop projects for me. Those pretty well take care of the other two items on the list.

Shop projects and furniture builds would be high on my list… The tube is full of tip and review channels but every build and every project is different and has its own challenges

Shop build was great so was the tiny house. It still a great channel all the best

Honestly I watch people's content because I love to see them figure out things to fit their needs, come up with solutions and do things they are passionate about. You having fun is the priority for me. Like, I watch Paks Makes even if I have no interest in, say, fabricating a file machine from scratch, but I love the way he thinks and explains his process. The same goes for you, I love your practical approach with still a lot of attention to neatness and details, while also being great at explaining your process and choices!

Definitely no tool reviews! Too many great channels get wrapped up into becoming a sales channel for the tool manufacturers.

It’s a hard choice between shop and furniture. I would like to see issues you have with the shop and how you improved it and if you did something you thought would help and ended up not being what you thought. Cause that is what I find happens to me so it always cool to see someone else approach similar situations to see what they come up with. While the furniture is keeping the creative juices flowing for inspirations on what to build next. Regardless I will enjoy whichever you choose.

I enjoy a shop build as much as the next guy, but sometimes I wonder like when will these woodworking guys actually just build something- doesn’t have to be trendy or something- just show off those incredible tools you have and build something you are good at building. That’s the content I’m not seeing right now

Everyone is reviewing tools. I won't watch anything being "unboxed". I want to see nice furniture being built.

Obviously based on the poll results this isn’t a popular opinion, but I’d really like to see more videos in actual techniques and skills I can use. The ever popular “build” videos are cool and I do learn things from them, but after a while of seeing guys build stuff in shops with tens of thousands of dollars more in tools than I have, there’s only so much I can really take from a video other than I could do these things if I had more money/space/tools. However videos on joinery/milling/glue ups/etc have info that’s relevant and realistic for me to be able to apply in my own shop and as someone who still considers themself a beginner, that’s what would have value to me. I’ll also rant for a second - there are too many “shop project” videos on YouTube already. I get that they’re popular with other folks and popular videos make money for creators, but the woodworking portion of YouTube does not need another how-to on how to make the same drill storage rack as everyone else or the same basic shop cabinets. It boggles my mind that people still clamor for and watch those videos considering there are already 500000 iterations of them already on this platform. If you are going to do shop videos, give me something that 25 other creators haven’t already done (sometimes multiple times over). Anyways, rant over.

The more content the better with YouTube if you want to grow. Film it all and post often, at least one video a week if not more. Most of the bigger channels I watch post 3 videos a week

Furniture and shop projects for me. 😊 As the second is the most voted at the moment, I voted in the first

I found your channel because of your shop remodel. I stayed because of all the projects and honestly the narration. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out you have a backround in broadcasting. Your narration is top notch by the way you carefully explain all the steps and small details. I’m sure your tool reviews are great, but when you’re talking to the camera directly and not laying voice over, something is missing for me. Plus I like to see ‘before and afters’.

Crafted Workshop
I've been working hard behind the scenes planning my upcoming content to keep Crafted Workshop growing. Obviously, you all are the most important part of this content plan and I want to make sure I'm making the videos you want to watch. Let's do a quick poll so I can get an idea of what you're most interested in watching. If there's anything I've missed, drop a comment below. Thanks for the feedback!
