Cooking With Yousef

Hi everyone, I am updating my "To Make" List. I have some plans to focus on certain regions in Iran. If you have any suggestions for foods and recipes, please let me know. One of my subscribers also made a recommendation for me to do other videos occasionally like in my garden, or shopping at the grocery store. If you want to see anything else, please leave a comment.

Also, if you want to support this channel further, I opened Channel Memberships. It has different levels you can join if you like. Join this channel here :)

I want to thank you all for the support you have shown me all these years. To be frank, it is not always easy for me to make these videos, but your comments and support is what keeps me going on Youtube.

I absolutely adore your channel! As a non-iranian with a Persian boyfriend, your recipes have been my go-to for over two years. You are amazing, thank you so much ❤️

Gardening would be such a good idea! I’ve been wanting to start my own little garden and I would love to know how you went about things! Also I would love to get to know lesser known Iranian dishes and how to make them

Having been raised in Abadan, of course the Southern food & dishes are my favorites. We also have so many good Gilani & Mazandarsni food. Also in Iran we have Assyrian & Arminian minorities that have their specialty food. Plus, you have a beautiful & very welcoming garden, maybe you show us some Iranian herbs planting, too. Thank you,

My friend got Yazdi Baklava with chopped pistachio from Haj Kalifeh Ali Rahbar tin box. It’s so delicious. Would be interested to learn how to make it.

Just wanted to say that I love your videos! I'm Armenian but my grandparents lived in Iran so I love watching you make some dishes I've seen growing up! I absolutely love Persian food :) I love that recommendation for the garden or grocery store videos. I know you have two dolmeh/dolma recipes so it's okay if you don't want to repeat, but maybe you could do it with cabbage/kalam if you'd like! Not sure if this is a common variation

I would love to learn to make Gaz. My father used to make it for me when I was a kid. I want to learn to make it for my kids. Any Iranian candy for kids or dessert would be fun. I really love your channel ❤️

Hi! May I ask please to make a video of how to cook fereni, my son is 6 month old and I’d like to start making some Fereni for him. I’ve tried and failed. Also what would be the difference between fereni for babies (like no sugar ) vs fereni for adults . Many thanks !

Dear Mr Yousef, your channel is wonderful and I have learned a lot from you. But is it possible to somehow make it easy to find a certain recepie in your channel without having to scroll up and down so much?
