In the 80s when I was a kid, everyone knew we were carnivores. It didn’t take much time to erase thousands of years of inherent knowledge of our species.

I've really enjoyed your videos. I just had my 2nd carnivore anniversary, and I've spent my life trying (unsuccessfully) to lose then maintain, heal many health issues and be pain free. How I wish I had found ancestral eating sooner. I watched a show on National Geographic channel about a young woman whose skeleton was found in a deep water cave in central America. Estimated age 26, no cavities. How we have damaged our bodies with carbs in the past 40 years. Can't wait to see your video. This IS what is right for our bodies!

Looking forward to it. Best evidence I have seen and bought in to is the mass and nitrogen content in fossil remains indicating carnivorous life not omnivorous

At a baseline we are carnivores, I’m curious about mushroom consumption. Paul Staments has done a lot of research and from the RCT articles I’ve seen it seems like mushroom consumption (as opposed to plants) can boost our capabilities as humans for example lionsmane for the mind and cordyceps for cardio. Just like we can exist at a baseline we can also improve our baseline by adding some specifics interventions such as Red Light Therapy or mushrooms. Curious to hear the thoughts on that?!

Fell off the bandwagon from a Christmas wedding and holiday festivities. Trying to get back on track for this new year! Maybe this video will be enough to motivate me to stick with it 🥩

I mean if you give a baby a small piece of meat and a small piece of vegetable, guess which one it will finish 🤣

For the last week or so, I have been in the trenches—in the depths of the internet, looking for every study possible that shows evidence humans are carnivores.
In about 12 hours time, it will be released. It is the best video I have ever made: a fully animated documentary looking at all the evidence.
I have spent 5x as much time on this video as on any other video.
Hope you enjoy it.
