i use after effects but i dont use plugins. maybe try putting glow x2 and it could look like deep glow?

Imm still trying to find a way to get flow😅 I have it but when I click it it doesn’t show up and my deep glow doesn’t work

Try redownloading it ? It sometimes helps update ae See if smth wrong with the downloaded folder or where ever you downloaded it from

Try to close ae and tey again or uninstall deep glow and install again
